Hi Elke, I was able to listen got interrupted one more time. First of all thank you for offering one of those gorgeous hats... although I'd say hold off until we get a building up...it's just such a mess here and I'd want it to be protected. I had to put my purple shoes and purse (which is in such cool boxed) in my cargo container because I thought they were going to get ruined. I'm sorry to hear about the 7th grader. So heartbreaking, especially during the holidays. And the fires... just terrible what has happened. No water? Even being by the ocean... could have been pumped... loss of human life over smelt fish which is not endangered...,and which will now most likely die due to the hazardous runoff. Hi Elke, Kara here!!! Great podcast! I don't know if you remember All Saints Church in Hayward? But that was one of my favorite places to go for Christmas Eve and they would always have music which is why I was going on top of any special message that they would speak about an addition to the children's performance, on the altar of Mary and Joseph and the baby Jesus. So you speaking about the candle light ceremony, which I also meant to do, and singing silent night, just brought me back there. I haven't been to church in quite some time for some obvious reasons, but maybe sometime we can start going again I definitely like to go in and the rest of your podcast is great as well, my son, Jake has issues with anxiety and depression and I always worry about him so to hear you kind of bring up your situation and also people reaching out to you I should how can listen to... your podcast for info! I will be seeing him and Jack I believe tomorrow night I'm just waiting for confirmation. Anyway, we have to catch up. I will try to listen to some of your other platforms in the next few minutes!

I loved the post on Facebook and I'm going to check out a site. I am on a diet right now so I can't buy anything but I definitely thought that was so nice of you because that is a hard thing to deal with, and it sounds like they are making the best of it! Loved your entire episode here and one thing I want to let you know is that it might not be on the YouTube on which I'm gonna listen to next but there is a background static actually it's like a buzz and I don't know I have my earbuds in but I took them out and I still heard it I didn't hear any other noise and then you mentioned in the beginning that there could be no traffic outside or your dog or your husband but I didn't. That pepper is a slight buzz so I'm not sure what that's fine but I noticed it last time and I didn't say anything I should've said something, just to let you know what I hear on the sand but that's the only the thing so let me go check out the YouTube one and I should I should probably make it up to SoundCloud today cause I haven't been on there in a while. yeah let me do that and let me hear see if I hear it there. I know that this is a lot of work because after we had that one week her I told you we were driving to Denver every morning for four days, which I will not post in this text, but it was so hard to keep up with social media during that time, and when you have anything else going on, especially healthwise, it can really be challenging.
