•  Listen To Your Body-Listening to your body is so important for maintaining good health and wellbeing. This mouth mystery has made me hyperaware and mindful of listening to my body and communicating what's happening to my team of doctors. I have realized during this trying time how important it is to practice mindfulness, such as meditation, connecting with your body to hear and feel it's signals. Listening to your body is an ongoing process that requires effort and practice.
