Wisdom Wellness WednesdayFall is Here Along with Flu Season Season 2 Episode #14
- Fall is Definitely Upon Us Brrrr--I am not ready for it :( Make sure All of you are current on your Vaccinations ie RSV, FLU, Covid, etc... as I'm recovering from a Nasty Virus going around this fall season it had me down for the count! Dose up on those vitamins friends.
- Hope Everyone that qualified did get out and Vote- I do have a policy of trying not to discuss Religion or Politics as I do feel it divides us and LOVE unites us.All the same it is important we vote for needs.
- Sweater Weather & Fall Favorites - I would love to hear or receive a Great New Soup or Stew Recipe as I could use some ideas. Also, what's everyone's favorite Fall go to "fit?" Flannel? Boots? Fan Mail?
- Time Change - Has it affected you? Have you adjusted to it?
